Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

• 95+ Days before travel - 100% of trip cost paid to date (excluding non-refundable deposits)

• 75+ Days before travel - 50% of trip cost paid to date (excluding non-refundable deposits)

• 30+ days before travel - 30% of trip cost paid to date (excluding non-refundable deposits)

• 7+ days before travel - No refunds will be provided

Under extremely rare circumstances, Tani Travel, LLC reserves the right to cancel a trip due to insufficient participation or if, in its sole discretion, the quality of the trip or the safety of travelers is deemed unsatisfactory. Tani Travel, LLC shall not be held responsible for any losses arising from non-refundable, non-transferable air tickets or other irrecoverable travel costs.
